The KPI Care team are recruiting temporary Care Assistants and Support Workers who are looking to develop a career with an employer who values quality and dedication. You will need to have a minimum of 6 months UK based care or support experience and can commit to the ongoing assignments in order to provide continuity of care for our clients.

Care Assistants and Support Workers will join our team on flexible hours initially on a temporary basis with the potential of permanency after 12 weeks. As a KPI registered carer you will be responsible for providing the best care by adhering to the clients own care plan, helping them to make choices and developing a trusting working relationship with them.

KPI have a variety of assignments within care homes, nursing homes and supported living accommodation across Manchester for which a driving licence is not always necessary. A full U K licence and use of a vehicle is required for any Domiciliary care work undertaken. You will be providing care and support to a variety of clients including the elderly, end of life, mental health, learning disabilities and complex needs. Duties may include social support, personal care, medication management and meal preparation.


  • NVQ Level¬† 2 /3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Previous training certificates.
  • DBS update service registration.
  • Driving licence and transport.
